Common grease lubricant needn¡¯t cleaning, and you can directly fill grease.
Lubricating oil lubricant commonly needn¡¯t clean, either. However, for apparatus or high speed bearing application etc. you need to use clear oil to clean rust inhibitor on the bearing.
With rust inhibitor cleaned, bearing can easily get rusty. So don¡¯t lay it aside without paying attention to.
Moreover, if bearing has been sealed with grease, it can be directly used.
Different structures, cooperations and requirements ask for different installation methods of bearing. Generally, internal ring needs interference fit because in most cases it is rotation of axes.
Bearing with cylindrical bore often use press machine to impress or use shrinkage fit.
In taper-bored occasion, directly fix on taper-bored spindle or use sleeve to install.
Fixing on outer cover is often combined with lash. If external ring has interference, often use press machine to impress or shrink fit, which means fix after it cools.
Use ice as freezing mixture. In shrink fit occasion, the moisture in the air will condense on the surface of bearing.
Thus, it is needed to take appropriate antitrust action.

Bearing¡¯s hurt and countermeasure
Bearing¡¯s Hurt: In most case, if you correctly operate bearing, it can be used as long as its life. But there can be accidental case that may hurt bearing too early and make it not durable. This case, corresponding to fatigue life, is so-called false or accidental quality using limit. It mainly results from carelessness in installation, use, lubrication, as well as lack of analysis on the influence coming from outside invasion to axis and out cover.
