    In concerned with checking items during operating, they include rotator tone, vibrations, temperature, and lubrication of bearing, etc.
    Examine and repair bearing:
    Clean bearing: you need at first to record the exterior of bearing to make sure the remaining amount of lubrication when disassembling the beating for examination and repair, . After that, clean bearing. Usually, gasoline and kerosene are used as cleaning agent.
    We can classify  clean of disassembled bearings as rough clean and upper clean.
    Separately put the bearings in containers in which previously metal net has been put to prevent bearings from contacting spoils. During rough clean, the rolling surface of bearing will get hurt if you make the bearing run with spoil. Therefore, you must be careful. Use brush to wipe out lubrication and adhesive things during rough clean . After the bearing is roughly clean, switch to upper clean, which means carefully clean bearing while it is running in cleaning agent. What's more, cleaning agent also needs to be kept clean.
    Examine and repair bearing and judge: check the dissembled bearings after cleaning so as to judge whether they can be used. Check state of ball track and matching surfaces, wearing and tearing of bearing, increase of lash and whether the precision is declining or not, also check whether there is any abnormality. When checking non-release mini ball bearing, use one hand to keep internal ring horizontal. After that, make sure whether it is smooth.
    You can separately check rolling element and ball track of outer lane when checking release bearing such as tapered roller bearing. When checking massive bearing, you cannot rotate it with hands. Pay attention to outward appearance of rolling element, ball track, separator and guard board. The more important the bearing is, the more cautious when checking it.

    The purpose of lubrication of rolling bearing is to reduce friction, wearing and tearing of bearing inside, and prevent adhesive-corrosion. The functions of lubrication are as follows.

    When contacting section of ferrule, rolling, element and keeper, prevent metal contact; reduce friction and wearing and tearing.
    <2>Prolong fatigue life
    The running bearing's fatigue life will be prolonged if it has good lubrication on the rolling contact section. On the contrary, if the oil film thickness of lubrication is not good, its fatigue life will be shortened.
    <3>discharge frictional heat and cool
    Methods like circulating oil supply can discharge frictional heat or heat coming from outside and cool bearing. Avoid the bearing from being overheated and the aging phenomenon of lubrication.
